Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under immediate supervision, provides routine and emergency professional nursing services in the habilitation, care and treatment of persons with developmental disabilities.
Directs non-professional staff in the performance of basic health care;
Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team in developing and implementing IHPs in accordance with all applicable center, DHS, state and federal standards, rules, policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Requires license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois, plus one year experience working as an LPN.
Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact
40 hour work week, 10:30 pm - 6:30 am with rotating days off and every other weekend
