We are looking for an AI Engineer – GENAI to support and manage enterprise GenAI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Glean, and emerging AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure GenAI platforms, security settings, Entra groups, and access controls
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution
- Support feature releases and production deployments
- Implement AI platform security and Zero‑Trust controls
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity and cross‑functional teams
- Support AI/ML pilots, roadmap initiatives, and enterprise integrations
Must‑Have Skills
- GenAI platform configuration & support
- AI/ML models & AI tools
- Python or R programming
- Cloud computing
- Data analysis & data modeling
- Prompt engineering / model tuning
- Feature release management
- Zero‑Trust & scoped access
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
- FAANG, product, or top‑tier 1 company experience is mandatory
