About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level full-stack engineer to join our internal platform team. You will work with modern frontend technologies and .NET under the guidance of senior engineers, with a growth path toward AI and platform specialization.

Responsibilities

• AI / GenAI Engineering Skills
  • Basic exposure to Large Language Model (LLM)–based application development concepts.
  • Experience with LangChain for prompt orchestration, tool calling, and simple chain-based workflows.
  • Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), including document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search.
  • Exposure to Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI for model access, prompt configuration, and basic usage patterns.
  • Foundational knowledge of prompt structuring, input grounding, and response validation.
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio for configuring copilots and understanding enterprise copilot concepts.
  • Familiarity with handling context windows, token limits, and basic latency considerations in LLM applications.
• Frontend
  • Foundational proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React for creating responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Formik, and Yup.
  • Understanding of basic UI/UX principles, including usability and responsive design.
• Backend
  • Foundational proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
  • Exposure to FastAPI for lightweight API development (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of asynchronous processing using Celery.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Azure SQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication.
• Cloud Services
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure Portal, Resource Groups, and Blob Storage.
  • Foundational understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational experience with frontend and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to FastAPI or modern API frameworks.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in collaborative or distributed team environments.
