Engineer 1
Primary Responsibilities
- Design calculations
- Bid documents including specifications and drawings
- State, federal, and local permit applications
- Fieldwork such as surveying, GPS data collection, infrastructure inspections and assessment, water sampling, and construction observation
- Contribute to reports describing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions from field efforts
- Use technical software to support wastewater or drinking water projects
- Use AutoCAD to support planning and design
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff
- May provide on-the-job training and mentoring for interns
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field
- EIT certification preferred. If working toward EIT, should obtain within the first year of employment
- Experience with AutoCAD is required
- GIS experience is a plus
- Relevant co-op or internship experience is a strong plus
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history

We are seeking high-performing professionals to join our team as Early-Career Civil/Environmental Engineers. These positions are based out of Quincy, MA; Woburn, MA; Providence, RI, or Glastonbury, CT.

Pay
The annual expected pay range for this position is $70,000 USD - $88,000 USD.
