Engagement Manager, Scale

About the role

As an Engagement Manager at Profound, you'll drive the AI search program for your customers, ensuring they achieve their goals through successful implementation and ongoing engagement with the Profound platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tech-touch strategies in partnership with the Scale team to ensure hundreds of SMB customers realize value from the Profound platform.

• Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding and implementation to driving measurable business outcomes.

• Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.

• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working with scale, tech-touch, or SMB customers in a customer success capacity, or experience as a growth-oriented product manager.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively.

• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.

• Comfortable diving into challenges and operating in ambiguous environments.

• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data.

• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Qualifications

• Location: On-site role based in our NYC, SF, or London office.

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $180,000 before variable compensation (NYC).
