Engagement Manager, Scale

About the role

As an Engagement Manager at Profound, you'll drive the AI search program for your customers, ensuring they realize value from the Profound platform. Your responsibilities include developing and executing tech-touch strategies, owning the full customer journey, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tech-touch strategies in partnership with the Scale team to ensure hundreds of SMB customers are realizing value from the Profound platform
• Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding and implementation to driving measurable business outcomes
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working with scale, tech-touch, or SMB customers in a customer success capacity, or experience as a growth-oriented product manager
• Ability to own processes end to end with strong systems thinking and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively
• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships
• Comfortable diving into challenges and operating in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in the search or marketing industry

Benefits

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including base salary, variable compensation, equity, and a full range of perks. The expected base salary range is $130,000 to $180,000 before variable compensation (NYC).

Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
