Engagement Manager - Revenue Cloud Business Analyst
About the role
The Engagement Manager position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical leadership role within the delivery arm of the company. The Engagement Manager leads a Cirrius Pod of 4-6 consultants that supports Salesforce project needs for clients, managing the people, projects, capacity, and utilization of the Cirrius Pod.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Cirrius Pod of 4-6 consultants to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for clients.
- Manage time, scope, and budget for Cirrius Pod projects.
- Communicate, mitigate, and address project risks for clients.
- Tackle and overcome project obstacles for Cirrius Pod.
- Work with Director of Project Delivery and other Engagement Managers across the company to ensure that project management best practices are in place and being followed, as well as ensuring that the team and company are constantly improving project management and people management processes.
- Act as the Business Analyst on Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements, partnering with clients to gather and document business requirements across quote-to-cash, pricing, and billing processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced / RLM, and Billing).
- Facilitate discovery and process-mapping workshops, and help define the solution design alongside the pod’s technical consultants.
- Maintain the product backlog and support sprint planning, sprint demos, and UAT for Revenue Cloud workstreams.
- Validate that delivered configuration meets the documented business requirements and acceptance criteria before client hand-off.
Requirements
- Advanced project management capability and experience, specifically leveraging Agile scrum best practices (CSM or PMP qualifications a plus!)
- Minimum of 2x SF certifications
- Passion and experience with leading collaborative teams, with a proven track record of leading people, while cultivating a positive environment and culture
- Exceptional at leading client touchpoints, kickoff meetings, discovery sessions, demos, and UAT sessions with clients
- Able to drive executive-level discussions around business requirements, integration planning, or user story definition for custom Salesforce solution needs
- Business Analyst experience on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced / RLM, or Billing), including requirements gathering, user story writing, and process mapping
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification or accreditation strongly preferred (e.g., CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant)
