Responsibilities

• Lead strategy formulation for Manufacturing vertical accounts and translate strategy into executable plans that drive growth.
• Develop strategic recommendations using benchmarking, digital maturity assessments, customer experience innovation, and value modeling.
• Create immersive experience and technology demonstrations that bring the vision to life, partnering with technical experts.
• Advise and compel senior executives to act on recommendations and provide impactful updates to both client and internal leadership.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of strategists, technologists, and relationship managers to deliver customer value within complex organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing industries (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace) and B2B sales & service.
• Proven track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire senior leaders.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation crafting.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and achieve results in cross-functional environments.
• A high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
• A willingness to travel up to 40%.
