Engagement Manager DealCloud (law firm/legal tech expertise)

About the role

With a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, Intapp continues to expand, and we have exciting plans for the next few years. We are now looking for an Engagement Manager DealCloud (law firm/legal tech expertise) to join our Intapp Services Team and with a focus upon our DealCloud product.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to execute a global delivery model, driving complex projects from start to finish managing budget, timelines, scope, and quality goals against an agreed contract.
• Cook up and run executive steering committees to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Manage technical implementations in the legal sector and/or law firm experience.
• Manage budget management experience including fixed fee and time & materials commercials.
• Exhibit high energy, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and result orientation in a management style.
• Show strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work well with large and diverse virtual matrixed teams.
• Work under pressure and diffuse conflict without confrontation.
• Use project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
• Show excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Show experienced user of MS Office toolset.

Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally managing multiple enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.
• A fundamental understanding of the concepts of cloud software delivery and associated integrations with a curiosity to learn.
• Experience in prepping and running executive steering committees to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Experience in managing technical implementations in the legal sector and/or law firm experience.
• Strong budget management experience including fixed fee and time & materials commercials.
• Management style that exhibits high energy, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and result orientation.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual matrixed teams.
