Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health system clients.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clinical, operational, and patient engagement SMEs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to highlight project health, return on investment, and opportunities for deeper partnership.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full lifecycle of deployment activities, including technical tasks, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Guide diagnostic workflow design sessions based on specific Reveal disease products to ensure high-quality delivery that is tailored to the customer’s processes, and identify opportunities for automation and integration (e.g., FHIR, HL7, export/import) to reduce manual processing.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to customers and end-users on implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with the health system’s clinical and patient experience/marketing SMEs to design and execute effective omnichannel patient outreach campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and optimize patient conversion funnels to demonstrate the value and ROI of Reveal products.
- Routinely communicate status, risks, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, project management, or client engagement.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and customer relationships within a health system environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- A strong understanding of clinical environments, healthcare delivery systems, and electronic health record (EHR) workflows.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards and workflows, including FHIR, HL7, and data import/export processes.
- Experience in designing, managing, or analyzing patient or consumer outreach campaigns is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
