Engagement Manager
Siro is seeking an Engagement Manager to own Siro deployments with our Enterprise field sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving customer success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute large customer pilots lasting 60-90 days, collaborating with Account Executives
- Ensure all levels of customers receive value from Siro
- Manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Develop technical expertise in real-world applications of LLMs
- Partner internally with Solutions Eng and Data Science to explore and deepen enterprise value
- Directly partner with Enterprise Account Executives for each engagement
- Travel ~10-15% of the time to customer sites
Requirements
- Open to various backgrounds, but most interested in ~2+ years of customer-facing experience where you've had full ownership of customer or partner outcomes
- Experience in roles such as B2B SaaS Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to synthesize and clearly articulate data to both internal and external audiences
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders while meeting project deadlines and achieving successful adoption and results for the customer
- Proactive and ambitious, with a creative approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership

- Track record of exceptional performance managing deployments of software or other change management across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus
