Engagement Director (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Participate in program governance and manage client relationships
• Drive strategy through process improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve project goals
• Lead large, complex projects and potentially a program of projects
• Ensure tracking of all deliverables and maintenance of documentation
• Manage client communications and overall satisfaction
• Oversee project scope, budgets, and financial forecasting
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Manage project risks and issues with effective resolutions
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies
• Support sales order and change order development
• Deliver workshops and facilitate client meetings
• Coach and train junior team members

Qualifications

• Track record of independent advisory work
• Skilled in anticipating and mitigating complex issues
• Experience mentoring team members and leading initiatives
• Familiarity with clinical research technology or similar technology
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Proficient in time management, collaboration, and teamwork
• Experience leading project teams and meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated with professional responsibility
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in presentation creation and delivery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 8 years in clinical/biomedical or software development environments
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Pay

$114,750 – $153,000 annually
