Engagement Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for executive stakeholders during digital transformation
• Develop transformation strategies aligning the company solutions with customer goals
• Cultivate long-term relationships to foster customer trust and advocacy
• Lead discussions on implementation methodology and organizational change
• Partner with sales teams to drive pre-sales engagement activities
• Collaborate to create robust implementation proposals and strategies
• Oversee delivery execution to align with customer expectations and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise consulting or professional services engagements
• Proven experience in leading complex digital transformation initiatives
• Strong background in pre-sales activities and solution development
• 4+ years in enterprise-level program or project leadership roles
• Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $171,200 – $273,000 annually
