Engagement Director

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on digital transformation
• Develop transformation strategies that align the company capabilities with customer goals
• Build long-term relationships to foster trust and advocacy
• Lead conversations around methodology, planning, and organizational change
• Partner with sales teams for pre-sales engagement activities and SOW development
• Collaborate with Solution Architects for scalable implementation proposals
• Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise consulting or professional services experience
• Proven success in leading complex digital transformation initiatives
• Experienced in pre-sales and solutioning, including large implementation scoping
• 4+ years in enterprise-level program or project leadership
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay

$205,800 – $298,400 annually
