Engagement Director

About the role

Engagement Directors are senior engagement leaders with a strong strategy and value creation background. Engagement Directors own the design and delivery of AI Co‑Workers and support the overall relationship with enterprise clients. It is their role to ensure that, once deployed, the AI Co‑Workers deliver the value and ROI originally agreed to with the customer.

This role is well suited to candidates that have deep experience in software Product Delivery and/or senior alumni from strategy consulting firms (Director or early Principal levels) who want to move from strategy and analytics into hands‑on AI delivery with real accountability.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to understand their existing journey with AI and identify the highest‑value constraints, decisions, or processes that AI can automate, augment, or improve.
• Translate customer strategic intent into concrete AI Co‑Worker solutions.
• Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from early problem definition and value framing through scoping, build and production deployment of AI Co‑Workers.
• Shape value drivers, success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring AI Co‑Workers are designed around customer business outcomes and built to meet compelling ROI targets.
• Act as the senior FSAI representative for customer engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on both value creation and delivery execution.
• Operate as an owner, not an advisor, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of professional work experience
• Preference for candidates that come with 8+ years experience at a top‑tier consulting firm or with software product delivery experience
• Strong and proven foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis
• Comfort working with technology teams, the agile methodology and AI concepts, even if not hands‑on coding
• Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions
• Confidence working with senior executives and leading complex discussions
