About the Opportunity

The Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in engaging insured members to schedule their annual wellness or benefit exams. This position is responsible for outreach through outbound calls, fostering strong member relationships, and supporting appointment coordination. The role contributes to the organization's mission by ensuring members receive timely care, which supports improved health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with members using customer service techniques
  • Identify member needs and provide accurate guidance
  • Aid with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
  • Educate members on preparing for in-home exams and services
  • Manage high volumes of calls, emails, chats, and texts while maintaining quality
  • Document member interactions, appointment results, and relevant data accurately

Requirements

  • High school diploma minimum
  • Recent healthcare experience and/or 2-3 years in outbound, sales-focused, customer-centered roles
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dialer systems
  • Flexibility to adapt to different campaigns and communication methods
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm EST
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Hourly pay between $17.95 and $19.15 plus a quarterly performance-based discretionary incentive
