ENGAGEMENT CENTER REP, FCH - PATIENT ENGAGEMENT CENTER

Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility. This job is REMOTE.

About the role

Services Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin patients' needs, including registration, scheduling, and other patient access requests, in order to ensure a quality experience and provide first contact resolution. Tasks are completed for several specialties and large groups of physicians servicing the many locations of our clinical enterprise. This position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right physician, at the right time and location. Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient preference and loyalty to Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and scheduling
• Handling patient access requests
• Using enterprise scheduling tools and protocols to coordinate patient appointments
• Ensuring first contact resolution for patient inquiries

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required.
• 3 years experience in a customer service position.
• Call center experience highly preferred.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills

• Effective communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong proactive organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Pay

Pay is expected to be between $19.42 - $25.83 hourly. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
