PATIENT ACCESS SERVICE REP, FCP - DTS PATIENT CARE GENERAL

Location: Oak Creek, WI (on-site at CP-Drexel Town Square Health Center)

About the Role

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient-facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly environment. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a proactive, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and strong proactive organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
