Energy Sales Representative

MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Newark team as Sales Representatives.

Pay

• $1,200-$1,500/week average earnings
• $2,000-$4,000+/week for top performers
• Weekly pay — every week, no waiting

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in assigned Newark neighborhoods
• Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
• Present solutions using MPower's proven sales process
• Guide qualified customers through enrollment
• Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development

Requirements

• No sales experience required — we provide comprehensive training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people face to face
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
