The Role

The Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Associate will represent clients on a wide variety of complex regulatory matters, including:

  • Traditional and non-traditional utility rate cases
  • State regulatory investigations
  • Administrative rulemaking proceedings
  • Retail energy approvals and compliance

Requirements

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

  • Renewable energy projects
  • Solar incentive programs
  • Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Community solar development and contracting
  • Retail energy supply agreements

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of energy regulatory experience
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and collaborative teamwork

Benefits
