Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook up the Energy Saver Program.
- Pass the program’s mission and rules to both newcomers and current participants.
- Answer and address all customer queries and concerns about water and electricity bills and other matters.
- Conduct regular residential and commercial energy and water audits to suggest and implement ways to efficiently use utilities.
- Inspect equipment and confirm that the program’s standards have been met.
- Verify the accuracy of residential electric meters.
- Keep databases and/or spreadsheets updated to generate statistical reports as needed.
- Handle and assess cost/benefit reports for management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six months of advanced study or training after high school.
- Four years of relevant experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of advanced study or training after high school.
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
- General understanding of the Energy Saver Program.
- Proficiency in utility metering and billing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
