About the role
The Energy Auditor position at Community Concepts helps improve the quality of life for people by ensuring safe home environments, improved building comfort, and healthier indoor environments through client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to improve their living conditions
- Develop and manage estimates, bids, and contracts with subcontractors
- Complete and submit paperwork and reports related to energy audits
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Travel daily throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties using a company vehicle
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of high school or post-secondary vocational education in home construction
- Three years of on-the-job work experience in home construction
- Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification (preferred)
- Absorption of asbestos, lead, and radon training (helpful)
- Valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance

Pay
\$21.50/hour
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week position based out of Lewiston, with required daily travel throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties using a company vehicle.
