Energy Auditor

Experienced Energy Auditor – True Management LLC True Management LLC is a small, community-focused weatherization company with two locations in Northampton County. We help families lower their energy bills and live more comfortably by making their homes more energy efficient through weatherization programs. We're looking for an experienced Energy Auditor to hit the ground running and lead our diagnostic and assessment efforts. You already know the trade. You're BPI-certified, comfortable with a blower door, and ready to take ownership of home energy assessments from start to finish. You'll work alongside our crew chiefs and techs to ensure every home we touch gets the right upgrades for maximum impact. What You'll Do: Perform comprehensive home energy assessments using blower doors, infrared cameras, combustion analyzers, and other diagnostic toolsIdentify air leaks, insulation gaps, heating/cooling inefficiencies, and health/safety concernsCalculate energy savings and write clear, accurate audit reportsRecommend cost-effective weatherization measures to our installers and homeowners in a friendly, respectful wayCoordinate with crew chiefs to ensure work matches audit findingsConduct final quality control inspections on completed jobsMentor less experienced auditors. in training and techs as part of our in-house training program Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an energy auditor in weatherization or building performanceCurrent BPI Building Analyst certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordPass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checkBilingual (Spanish) a plusComfortable in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas; able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs What You Get: Competitive pay based on experienceFull support and paid for advanced certifications as well as all ongoing continuing education creditsOpportunities to grow into Senior Auditor or Quality Control Inspector rolesPaid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, and Simple IRA with company matchCompany vehicle for work use, overtime opportunities, and a small but welcoming work environment True Management LLC is a small, community-focused business with two locations in Northampton County.
