About the role
This position conducts comprehensive residential energy audits, documents findings, determines recommended improvements using NEAT and MHEA software, and prepares detailed work orders for contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference for families throughout central Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive residential energy audits
- Document findings and determine recommended improvements using NEAT and MHEA software
- Prepare detailed work orders for contractors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical degree in construction or at least two years of construction-related experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- BPI certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and other computer applications
