Endpoint Support Technician II - Stifel Bank

What You'll Be Doing

• Performs technical troubleshooting and diagnosis of root cause.
• Logs incidents and troubleshoots steps taken to resolve them.
• Supports technical needs of an organization's data center, including hardware and software applications.
• Installs, maintains, and supports personal computing devices and associated peripherals for employees.
• Provides first-level troubleshooting and basic technical support services to end-users of computers.
• Installs, monitors, and maintains existing or proposed telecommunication systems.
• Serves as the First Responder to event alerts triggered by monitored applications, hardware, services, procedures, jobs, and file transmissions.
• Responds to multiple channels reporting incidents and requests as a technical escalation point within the IT Service Desk function.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in working with IT monitoring and event management tools.
• Strong in Level 1 troubleshooting of networked Windows end points and infrastructure devices.
• Experience with Helpdesk and customer relationship ticketing systems.
• Experience with office productivity, reporting, and technical documentation software.
• Experience with monitoring and event management tools.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Required: 2-4 years professional business related experience.

Licenses & Credentials

• Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
