Endpoint Administrator - Chaska

About the role

The City of Chaska is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Endpoint Administrator to manage and support their modern endpoint management environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager
• Maintain a secure, efficient, and cloud-first technology infrastructure
• Securely configure, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Perform zero-touch device provisioning, software deployment, and patch management
• Manage endpoint security and user lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device management
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in endpoint management or a related field

Skills

• Proficiency in PowerShell, SCCM, and other endpoint management tools
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
