About the role

The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining all endpoint devices within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy endpoint security solutions
  • Provide technical support for endpoint devices
  • Implement and maintain endpoint device policies
  • Monitor endpoint devices for security threats

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Experience with endpoint management tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of network security protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in IT support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
