About the role
The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining all endpoint devices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy endpoint security solutions
- Provide technical support for endpoint devices
- Implement and maintain endpoint device policies
- Monitor endpoint devices for security threats
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Experience with endpoint management tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of network security protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Technical proficiency in IT support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
