Endpoint Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf), including policies, profiles, and reporting.
• Manage AWS Workspaces, including image creation and provisioning.
• Aid in implementing enhancements to Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows, SLAs, and automation rules.
• Maintain service desk portals and knowledgebases.
• Manage JSM projects, SLAs, request types, and workflows.
• Aid in automation and scripting to streamline support and operations.
• Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and escalate as necessary.
• Create and maintain endpoint baselines, images, and device compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT team leads on endpoint-related projects and deployments.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate (2-year) degree in Computer Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years supporting a cloud environment tech stack (Office 365, Azure, Slack, etc.).
• 3+ years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience, such as Intune or Jamf.
• An overall can-do attitude, quick grasp of new concepts, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving techniques and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, JQL, SQL, Bash, etc.) is a plus!

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
