About the role
The role involves managing and maintaining secure access points for clients' data.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure access points for clients' data
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong understanding of network security and protocols
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory and other authentication systems
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
