Role: Perioperative Nurse specializing in GI and endoscopy procedures. Responsibilities Assess, prepare, and monitor patients pre- and post-procedure.Administer intravenous therapy and preoperative medications.Verify surgical sites and respond promptly to emergencies.Document patient conditions accurately and thoroughly.Educate patients and families about procedures and care.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary surgical team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
