Endoscopy Nurse
About the Role
As our Endoscopy Nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, you will prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and ensure they receive excellent nursing care when they are at their most vulnerable. You will review consent forms, answer patient questions about procedures, perform preoperative assessments, prepare equipment, and update family members on patient status during procedures.

Responsibilities
- Care for patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients
- Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies
- Demonstrate compassion and provide safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care
- Achieve desired health outcomes for patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- One (1) year of recent acute care experience
- One (1) year of recent experience in Cath Lab, ICU, OR, or Telemetry (preferred)
BSN preferred.

Pay
$35.00 - $58.63 per hour.
