End-User/MRO Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business and seeking out innovative solutions for key end-user/maintenance repair operations targets.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
- Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
- Meet regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their needs.
- Educate customers on Crawford's value-added offerings.
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities in assigned territory.
- Conduct cold calls to acquire new customers in assigned sales territory.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers.
- Champion Crawford's brand in the local community and assigned area.
- Be regularly available and responsive to customer's real-time needs.
- Identify and execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- Prior industry-related experience preferred.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.

Environment
This position requires the ability to build relationships across an entire organizational spectrum and understand the business needs and goals at each level. This individual must be able to handle high-level selling, including selling applications and solutions in the industrial and/or automation and control market, with a focus on key and target account development, and providing consultative solutions for Industrial MRO and OEM markets.
