Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new business and seeking out innovative solutions for key end-user/maintenance repair operations targets.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
  • Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
  • Meet regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their needs.
  • Educate customers on Crawford's value-added offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Conduct cold calls to acquire new customers in assigned sales territory.
  • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers.
  • Champion Crawford's brand in the local community and assigned area.
  • Be regularly available and responsive to customer's real-time needs.
  • Identify and execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Preferred candidate will have 5+ years of industry related experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
