End User Computing - Desktop Supprt

About the role

Provide comprehensive desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support, including administrative functions to resolve desktop user issues. Manage end-to-end remote desktop activities, troubleshoot software and desktop problems, and deliver deskside and touch support. Support Windows OS, MacBook, O365, and Zscaler environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform SCCM imaging and patch management
• Distribute software via SCCM and Intune
• Investigate and resolve software and desktop issues
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for end-user issues
• Design and implement SCCM hierarchy
• Migrate to SCCM from other tools
• Understand business and technical requirements to propose solutions for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10

Requirements

• Prior experience in designing and implementing SCCM hierarchy
• Prior experience in migrating to SCCM from other tools
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to support Windows OS, MacBook, O365, and Zscaler

Pay

$64,000–$65,000 a year
