About the role
Provide comprehensive desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support, including administrative functions to resolve desktop user issues. Manage end-to-end remote desktop activities, troubleshoot software and desktop problems, and deliver deskside and touch support for local IT needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform SCCM imaging and patch management
- Distribute software via SCCM and Intune
- Provide O365 support and troubleshoot Zscaler issues
- Investigate and resolve software and desktop issues
- Deliver remote and deskside support for end users
- Support Windows OS and MacBook environments
- Design and implement SCCM hierarchy
- Migrate from other tools to SCCM
- Understand business and technical requirements to propose solutions, designs, and implementation approaches for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10
Requirements
- Prior experience in designing and implementing SCCM hierarchy
- Prior experience in designing and implementing migration to SCCM from other tools
Pay
$65,000 – $85,000 a year
