End User Computing - Desktop Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
• Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues including Windows OS, MacBook support, and Zscaler troubleshooting.
• Managed and supported end-to-end Remote Desktop related activities.
• Responsible for investigating and troubleshooting software and desktop issues.
• Understood and provided solutions, designs, and implementations for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10.
• Made decisions on the design and implementation of SCCM hierarchies and migrations from other tools.

Requirements

Prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy.

Prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools.

Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
• Windows OS, MacBook support.
• Zscaler troubleshooting.
• Manage and support end-to-end Remote Desktop related activities.
• Understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10.

Pay

$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
