The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content creation
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
