End User Computing -Desktop support - Windows and MAC

About the role

Provide comprehensive desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support, including administrative functions to resolve desktop user issues. Manage end-to-end remote desktop activities, troubleshoot software and desktop issues, and deliver deskside and touch support.

Responsibilities

• Perform SCCM imaging and patch management
• Distribute software via SCCM and Intune
• Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues
• Support O365, Windows OS, and MacBook environments
• Troubleshoot Zscaler and other end-user issues remotely
• Design and implement SCCM hierarchy
• Migrate to SCCM from other tools
• Understand business and technical requirements to provide solutions, design, and implementation approaches for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10

Requirements

• Prior experience in design and implementation of SCCM hierarchy
• Prior experience in design and implementation of migration to SCCM from other tools
• Strong communication skills

Pay

$64,000–$85,000 a year
