End User Computing Analyst

About the role

The End User Computing (EUC) Analyst will support end users across a multi-site manufacturing environment, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing device lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user-facing technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise productivity tools.
• Manage tickets, user access requests, patching, and documentation.
• Participate in incident response activities and an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or EUC roles.
• Strong experience with Windows support, Microsoft 365, and Intune or similar MDM tools.
• Experience supporting users across multiple locations; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Citrix VDI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Information Technology preferred.
