End Point Support Jr. Engineer (Indy)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support.
- Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes.
- Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices.
- Provide support for the Office 365 environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and various operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for professional growth.
Desired Skills (for long-term growth)
- Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot beyond basic deployment processes.
- Interest in developing skills in IT engineering areas such as packaging, PowerShell scripting, and Azure.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
