Enabling Support Specialist
About the role
The P&C Enabling Support Network (ESN) is a self-organized global network of P&C Enabling Support Specialists supporting the worldwide integrated People & Culture (P&C) organization. This role is future-oriented, focusing on business support and administration of the global integrated network, connecting functions across the organization.
On-site presence is a minimum of 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders using agile methodologies, contributing to strategic project management, planning, and managing events.
- Provide technology support and drive continuous improvement of processes, including implementation of embedded technology within the network.
- Develop the self-organized P&C Enabling Support Network further and contribute to network-related initiatives and projects.
- Support global, regional, and local P&C colleagues on a variety of tasks, including complex travel and expense management, large events, and complex meeting structures.
- Handle local site/chapter-specific requests.
Requirements
- University degree, commercial diploma, or equivalent work experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance, event management, or dynamic project coordination/management.
- Experience working in a team or network environment.
- Proficiency in standard IT applications, preferably Google Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese) are a plus.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $53,400.00 – $99,200.00 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
