About the role
Support a diverse range of clients in various industries. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and issues efficiently
- Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Train new team members on support procedures
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
