Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design, launch, improve, and measure enablement programs that support business goals.
- Create and curate learning assets such as eLearning modules, guides, worksheets, videos, playbooks, and talking points.
- Maintain and organize enablement content within a content management platform such as Highspot.
- Support go-to-market initiatives by building resources that help teams communicate clearly and work effectively with customers.
- Communicate program progress, priorities, and roadmaps clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, communications, operations, and leadership partners to prepare teams for new feature launches and business changes.
- Help expand the use of AI-powered enablement tools that support coaching, practice, and team engagement.
Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in an enablement role with a proven record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience translating strategy into execution across multiple teams and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to timely, accurate work.
- Experience onboarding team members and supporting ongoing learning and development.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Gong, AI tools, Articulate, Canva Pro, or Figma.
- Creative mindset with the ability to build clear, engaging, and accessible content.
Preferred Skills
- Background supporting sales enablement, revenue operations, or product go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience working across global teams and diverse business functions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, coaching tools, and enablement best practices.
- Design skills that support the creation of polished learning and communication materials.
- Experience in large, complex organizations and fast-moving growth environments.
- Ability to manage change, adapt quickly, and bring a systems-thinking approach to program development.
