About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex projects within a company. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on project performance metrics.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project planning and execution tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
