Accountabilities
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for enablement content programs supporting customer-facing teams and business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives for product launches, new offerings, messaging updates, and release readiness programs from planning through ongoing reinforcement.
- Create and maintain role-based enablement resources, including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, demo guidance, technical labs, assessments, and learning content.
- Design blended learning experiences through self-paced courses, virtual sessions, scenario-based training, and hands-on practice opportunities.
- Develop certifications, accreditations, and validation programs to help teams demonstrate readiness across key solution areas.
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, customer success, solutions teams, and enablement stakeholders to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and easy to apply.
- Organize and manage enablement resources using content management platforms and AI-powered tools to improve accessibility and discoverability.
- Measure program effectiveness through engagement metrics, completion rates, assessments, and field feedback to continuously improve enablement initiatives.
- Establish content governance processes, review cycles, and scalable frameworks that support long-term program quality.
- Collaborate within a distributed, remote environment by maintaining clear communication, ownership, and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, solutions architecture, or similar roles supporting B2B enterprise software teams.
- Experience creating enablement programs and content for customer-facing audiences such as sales teams, solutions engineers, customer success teams, or partners.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, including AI and modern software development practices, and translate them into business-focused messaging.
- Strong instructional design skills with experience applying adult learning methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
- Experience creating various enablement assets, including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, demonstrations, labs, assessments, and reinforcement materials.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, content management tools, and collaboration technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and feedback to optimize learning programs.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, asynchronous, and collaborative environment.

- Competitive salary range of $95,200 - $160,800 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
