About the role
The Sr. Content & Enablement Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing enablement programs designed to enhance the effectiveness of internal teams across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive adoption of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing enablement programs that support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align enablement initiatives with broader marketing strategies and objectives.
- Design and deliver training sessions and resources to improve the skills and knowledge of internal stakeholders.
- Monitor program effectiveness through analytics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing enablement to continuously improve the programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing enablement or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing enablement programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding of organizational culture.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
