EMT - Located in Sierra Vista, AZ

Responsibilities

• Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient rights while documenting patient information, condition, and treatment.
• Operate an ambulance safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with patients, other healthcare professionals, and public safety personnel.
• Use appropriate medical equipment and follow cleaning procedures.
• Utilize office equipment and tools as needed during emergency response.
• Participate in community programs to enhance the company's image and foster positive relationships with the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Obtain and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Complete National and/or State EMT certification.
• Pass CPR/BLS certification.
• Have a driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass a physical agility test.
• Some work experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required.
