The posted compensation range
The posted compensation range of $15.67 - $22.14 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain EMT licensure with the EMSRB
- NREMT and ND license
- Clean driving history or history reviewed by management for approval
- Valid drivers license and must be submitted
- Must be able to attend 2/3 of our monthly meetings and makeup any information/skills that were covered in meetings missed
- Respond to a minimum of 12 calls per year
- Contribute to the group in other areas such as scheduled stand-by times for high school games and county events
- Complete our service driving curriculum and driving evaluation, in addition to driving history review
- Provide a safe and skilled transport of patients to the appropriate healthcare facility, providing treatments and interventions as allowed in our policy/procedures
- Learn the safe operation of equipment in and related to the ambulance department
- Report any need for repair immediately to the director or fleet maintenance personnel
- Must be familiar with city and county roads
- Uses proper lifting techniques and follows established procedures during the course of work
- Understands and follows safety procedures specifically related to job duties
Qualifications
