This remote position reports to an EMR Success Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across a dynamic team, driving successful implementation of EMR solutions and ensuring healthcare providers can easily access UNITY and Northstar functionality within their EMR.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers/systems and/or their IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually
  • Act as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for our prenatal and oncology sales teams on all of BillionToOne’s EMR solutions
  • Provide customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training on all solutions
  • Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, go-live support, etc.
  • Post-implementation, own the live customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for any issues, changes, etc.
  • Identify and champion new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities for BillionToOne
  • Work closely with sales representatives and technical analysts to continuously evaluate and enhance the customer onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
  • Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations and how to bridge together all 3
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
  • Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
  • Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

Nice-to-Haves

  • End-user experience in more than one common EMR vendor, including Epic, Cerner, athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.
  • Existing IT contacts at health systems/IDNs

Pay

For this position, we offer a total compensation package of $186,750 per year, including a base pay range of $144,699 - $166,136 per year, generous equity options, and a corporate bonus program.
