What You'll Do

• Establish and nurture trust with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their sustained progress and satisfaction.
• Conduct compelling calls and virtual meetings, communicating with warmth and confidence to inspire and assist clients and team members.
• Educate clients on core financial principles such as investments, insurance, savings, and strategies for financial protection using our resources.
• Create tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals in budgeting, debt oversight, and retirement preparation.
• Identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add genuine value to clients' experiences and engagement with our offerings.

What Success Looks Like

• Within 36 months, you've cultivated a roster of empowered and highly satisfied clients, with strong retention and engagement.
• Clients consistently achieve their financial planning objectives and express heightened confidence in their personal financial management.
• Effectively utilize CRM tools to log activities, monitor account metrics, and deliver precise, timely reports to leadership.
• Regularly identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver value and drive growth.

What We're Looking For

• A U.S. citizen, 18+ years old, eligible after a successful background check.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to explain complex financial ideas in clear, engaging ways.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), capable of maintaining accurate activity logs and generating insightful reports.
• A driven, entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for making an impact and a knack for discovering growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Performance-based compensation of $65k-85k/year for part-time commitment, potentially escalating to $100k+ for full-time associates.
